Toyboy-cougar relationship

So I had this little dinner outing with my ex-colleagues who are interesting individuals to hang out with...furthermore, intelligent individuals. In addition to the wonderful topics that surfaced during the dinner, it was also concluded by one of them that my "life is an occasion". Thanks?! Anyway, back to the main focus of this post...we had a conversation about dating people of different age groups.

It was purely an assumption made that most 1988 born men actually find older women more attractive...and would actually date them. By older I meant 15years or older women. So here comes the debate. Is it acceptable??? Well personally, I will be thinking................WHAT THE FUCK?!??!?? No, this is not a inferiority complex shit...it is pure senseless logic. Well, to me. A female friend of mine mentioned that it is like "having a mother taking care of you". I find that very logical. So is it that men my age is actually going for older women because they do not have that motherly love? Okay this sounds very psychological but I think it could be a possible explanation. But then again, maternal instinct is always in women in general...hence, the nagging??? Don't get me wrong, I am not generalizing men... I am just questioning those who actually date 15years older women and think it is okay.

Then again, another friend of mine mentioned that "What's worse is that there are women that age who are interested in boys your (my) age". Yeah, that seemed to be a WTF moment for me too. Guess the guys are not solely to be blamed for their blood rushing to their penis but also the older women not differentiating what is morally right. Then again, women are being smart (further explanation below) =) . Yes, there is a term called MILF but it is purely a fantasy and not something to be condoned in reality. I guess it very much depends on what a guy wants...a relationship or a funship. If you are looking for funship and experience, yeah go for it. But if you are looking for a relationship, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Based on couple of studies done across culture and race, it was concluded that women look for stability in men when it comes to looking for a partner. Men on the other hand, focused on the physical appearance. So if Miss 48-year old thinks Mr 24-year old could provide her with the stability she needs and if Mr 24-year old is happy with Miss 48-year old's physical appearance, I pronounce you mad and insane. Having said that, I'm sure there are 24-year old men who are VERY stable and I respect that. Date all the MILF, GIFL and GGIFL you want (you sick bastard). Just don't get into a relationship with a way older woman and wonder wtf happened when you get ditched. Guess the results of the studies comes in hand when your blood rushes back to your brain in your skull. Older women here are being smart by using young men to re-live their younger days. They are for sure looking for funship and not a relationship. Do I blame them??? Smart women.

At the end of the day, know what you are looking for...and be prepared for the consequences. Don't pick blue and wonder why you feel blue. YOU chose it!

The come-back

Okay...yes, I have been slacking!!! It's already mid-2012 and I am here...thinking what to blog about. I remember the times where I could just blog without staring at the screen. I wonder what happened. Nevertheless, like my bestie, Nick's favourite phrase when it comes to blogging...."I will TRY to blog".

As a back-to-blogging post, I will briefly touch on what has happened to me in the past 6 months and lessons I've learnt. May I highlight the word...BRIEFLY =) If you know me well, you will know I have a lot to talk/type about.

It wasn't easy settling back to the way things are as I have been gone for 4 years. No, I am not being cocky and turning English...I am still very much Malaysian. It is hard to explain the changes that I am going through to people who have not been there and done that. Furthermore, I have been all by myself those 4 years and it pretty much gave me the freedom to do anything and everything my way. Being back home, there are many more things to be considered...relatives, family, friends, society, past/present/future employers, criminals and yeah..you get my drift. Well, criminals because I can't carry my handbag out without having a spasm from clutching my handbag too hard! *drama queen mode-back hand on forehead* Oh the psychological and physical trauma!!!

Anyway, I was pretty much ready to run away from the reality of being here...but I snapped out of it and realized that reality is reality....and I will have to face it. It can't be that bad...right? Well, let's see...I've been in a brief employment with ABC company and in a super brief relationship with DEF guy (least it's a guy, I think). Yeah, it's been awesome!!! Having said that, I am grateful that I am where I am today and having what I have. I am starting employment with a company next week doing what I REALLY want to do and I have pretty much gave up on investing my time and efforts on anyone within the male population. Yes, it took me through a bumpy ride but I am glad I arrived safe. There is way much more things in my life that is worth investing my time...especially for myself =)

I recently met a few individuals and they were people who made me realized that I am wasting my youth! You only live every year once and it's irreversible (duh)!!! It is so important to set your goals right and go for it. Some of us might just figure it out ourselves but some of us might need that guidance or that one friend to push us to do something different...something MORE. I might be a late starter to have a resolution list but at least I am starting it...like the old saying, better late than never. And yes, continue blogging consistently is definitely on the list!!! So, stay tuned!!! xoxo

Coming up...

Too many thinks in my mind. I should take it one at a time. It is unfortunate that us humans have so many ideas and thoughts but when it comes to actually taking action, very few of us could actually do it.

I am determined to be one of those few who actually takes action. Focus! Focus! Focus!

Abandoned...yet again!

I am so sorry for not spending some time to blog! I am currently still looking for a job which means I should have time to blog....NO, not really.

Anyway, past month been very educating. Seen some sides of  people around me. What am I going to do? Well I will just take into consideration things I've learnt and go with the flow. I ain't cut out for the strategic planning nonsense. Hence, I thing it will be a struggle for me to be in the business line. That aside, still looking for a job that is...me.

Sometimes when you are stuck between two, you feel like you are the victim. Feelings are sometimes unjustifiable.
