Okay, I'm officially back in London. The transit to Dubai make the journey the longest journey ever! Anyway, took just two pictures at the Dubai Airport as there wasn't much there. It's basically a looooong constructed, 3 floor building with alot of people sleeping on the floor! When I say alot, I really meant ALOT! (Pictures not taken due to ethical issues =p) So it kinda makes the airport look like a hallway for homeless people...lol! Me and Ching Yee joined the crowd but not as homeless people but as privileged abandoned people. We sat on the floor (because the homeless people dominated the chairs) and used our laptops to connect to the wifi =p

We arrived at Heathrow after the "Grandpa pilot" (Ho, 2008) decided it's time for us to land on the Eng-land...seriously, the plane was super sloooooow! Yes, we could feel it! Anyway, we arrived and the first familiar face I saw literally lit a candle in the darkest tunnel ever! =p I was very thankful...I HEART YOU! =) So we went to our halls and got our keys. The funny thing was, me and Ching Yee stayed in the same flat and room number but different block. LOL! So it was just a letter difference. We got our things to our room and settled in...I didn't want to go out after that as it was SUUUUUPER cold!

Unexpected: I brought another 8pairs of footwear...ops?

But I got one after a complaint =p

My room was pretty nice as they just repaint the peeling toilet door and the walls. The toilet is definitely smaller than the one in Ted Lewis, the shower curtain is stuck to my booty the whole time I'm in the shower! Something I am happy about, my window can open!!! Way bigger than in TL but my window is only a meter away from a road...a busy road (which still have cars at 4am in the morning!). So yes, it is very noisy! Please let me have good, quiet, passive flatmates or I might just go mad! All in all, I have to live with what I have =) It ain't that bad anyway.

Doubts in relationships...necessary?

Check 212...aha aha =p okay I'm too bored! (It's my 212th post, hence the 212 =p) 13 hours and 30minutes before taking off from KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and I am stuck at home. "Stay at home to rest", my mum says...well, I AM BORED! LOL! I'm starting to have imaginations of me shopping at One Utama...for some reason =.= and sipping a glass of Chocolate Lounge's Fair Lady (OMGUMUSTTRY! *Pictures in next post) Dream on...!

Anyway, it struck me...in a relationship, are doubts necessary? Of course most people would think doubts are weaknesses in a relationship. It's stereotypical to conform to behaviours that tend to avoid development of doubts in a relationship. People think that by having doubts, it reflects distrust. Personally, I think having a little doubt is healthy! Obviously too much of it is a weakness but having none at all is also a weakness! Why? Well imagine this:

You totally trust your partner and have no doubts in your relationship. He/she goes out and party, socialize, mingle with their friends and it may come to you that he/she is just being friendly. He/she took a little longer to reply you and you think he/she is busy with something important and you are cool with it. He/she says he/she can't come and see you because something 'important' came up and you forgive him/her. Here comes the drama.

One day, he/she told you he/she cheated on you. Would you agree that it will be super devastating on yourself? The trust you put in your partner, the time spent to keep the relationship alive, the excuses you make for him/her to explain the silliest things they did...all gone? What if you have doubts in the relationship before? Would it be easier for you to let your partner go for the right reasons? (Yes, you should let them go when they cheat on you! No excuses!) Also by having doubts, it shows that you care for your partner and you do want to keep this relationship going...and not that you don't trust your partner. That's what i think...comments?

Okay I thought it was the end of shopping trips and spending money as I am flying off tomorrow but...it just wouldn't be me =p LOL! FYI, I do control my spending and I am not a spoilt child because I pay every single bags and shoes using my own hard earned cash! LOL! So yea, I deserve it =p Back to the topic! I went with my mum to The Mall to change her baju kurung she bought for Raya but the shop wasn't opened yet. So we decided to go Parkson to find something for my godparents in UK. Sh*t happens...we ended up looking for things for ourselves =p We passed by Elle, then Giossardi, and then...something caught my eye (and did not let my eyes go, thus, instant reflex=take it!) and my mum's (it must be her age, I managed to get hold of the bag faster *Shhhh*)! I bought it in the end (not because I bully my mum) because I rationalized to her that it was too small for her =D I had doubts because it cost a bomb but my mum convinced me to get it (I wonder why)...

I went for a manicure and pedicure at Plaza Damas yesterday...it was SO relaxing! The best part...RM43 (free manicure for first timers)!!! Awesome!

Oh yea! I packed my stuff yesterday night and it was below 30kg!!! *Jumps in joy* Which subconsciously led me to buy this bag larh...pft! =p

Bro's Surprise 22nd!

Yesterday night, we had a little get together dinner before I leave for UK and a joint surprise party for my brother's 22nd Birthday (his Birthday is actually on the 17th but I will be gone then...kinda sad right, no sister to celebrate with =p).
